Situation:
Multiple Systems and Platforms based on AS400 and other Legacy Systems were in use for various purposes. An integrated system for linking all functions of the organization was not available. Hence the need for introducing an ERP System was strongly felt across all levels.

- An organization wide common platform was made available for all customer service level functions that enabled faster decision making and approvals, based on varied levels of authority assigned to various roles within the organization
- Redundancy of data and delays involved in data processing were either minimized or eliminated
