Situation:
Over a period of time, maintenance and licensing fees were becoming quite high together with increased call response times to trouble shoot MA WMS related issue. Version upgrades were perceived as too expensive to justify spending. Hence a corporate call was taken to work on a parallel development called DCMS, through dedicated in-house Cross Functional Teams drawn from IT and Operations.

- Cost savings for the organization against periodic software license maintenance and upgrades charges to retain MA WMS
- In-house support capability existed for improvements, maintenance and upkeep of DCMS system requirements
